Plein Air, Plain Air, Plane Air

Cerulean Arts is pleased to present Plein Air, Plain Air, Plane Air, an exhibition of artwork by Susan Stefanski, Ellen Abraham, Roni Sherman Ramos, Melissa Rubin, and Joan Walton. The title, based on a homophone, sets the stage for the distinctive way each artist recreates their experience. Whether as "en plein air", an situ observation; as "plain air", motif inspired by natural phenomena; or as "plane air", a refashioning into vessels of forms picked up in the world.
